[01.] OVERVIEW

Not everyone can afford to have equal access to the most commonly used all for PvP events.
With that in mind, and to give opportunities to all, we'll be hosting another edition of the Beginner Mata-Mata, where having items isn't a requirement, just being quick and relying a little on luck.
All the items required for this event are on sale in-game, by zen, so that everyone can equally participate.
[02.] RULES
Quote
The character must have a minimum of 200 resets;
You will only be able to buy items that are for sale at NPC's in the game (no exc);
There is no restriction on leveling the items sold at NPCs to +15;
Players who are caught playing on two accounts will have both accounts disabled and will be fined for reinstatement;
All other standard mata-mata rules apply to the event and may be changed at any time.
