WHAT IS THE NEW SEASON?

A long time has passed since the last time the MuAwaY Rankings were reset and a new season was announced.
Now, in 2025, after nearly 12 years since the current ranking system began, we’re excited to announce that a New Season and the Ranking Reset are coming soon! In this announcement, you'll find all the updates and new features being prepared.
The New Season will mark the moment when all characters will have their resets/points/rankings reset. All players who place in the TOP 30 across the current ranking categories will be rewarded with exclusive collection items that symbolize this historic moment in MuAwaY.
It’s important to highlight that no items will be removed or lost, this update is strictly related to the game’s ranking system. So, there's no need to worry, your items will remain exactly as they are.
We’re thrilled about this new phase, as we believe it will open the door to fresh competition in the MuAwaY rankings and significantly boost the in-game competitive spirit.
WHICH RANKINGS WILL BE RESET?

At the end of this season, we will reward the TOP 30 players from the main rankings.
The prizes will be distributed in different amounts, depending on the level of difficulty and effort required to achieve each ranking. This includes an analysis of the player’s performance throughout the season and whether the ranking was earned manually or with the aid of macros and similar tools.
For this special occasion, we’ve prepared an Exclusive KIT called Dark Emperor, which will be distributed through four different types of boxes, each awarded in specific quantities according to the ranking category.

With this update, we’re adding the option to view all Rankings directly in-game. However, they will still be available on our website, where you can also check the TOP 5 of all categories right from the homepage.

As previously announced on June 8th, 2024, all Gold balances across accounts would be reset — and this is the reason: the beginning of a new season in MuAwaY.
To make use of the remaining Gold, we held 40 special auctions throughout July 2024. Additionally, before the remaining balance was fully reset, we offered a limited-time combination event through the Chaos Machine Renew.
Starting with this new season, all Gold balances will once again be tracked as normal, and there is currently no set date for another reset — so you can rest assured.

However, in future updates, we plan to introduce limited-time combinations and special sales using the Gold currency.
