I encountered an issue with my account today. While I was playing, everything was fine, but when I exited and tried to log back in, I received an error message saying:
“This account already has an active token on another device. To activate a token on this device, you must first deactivate the token on the other device.”
The problem is, I’m only using one device. I have not logged in anywhere else, and I did not authorize anyone else to use my account.
Now, I can’t activate my token, and it says I need to wait 5 days to disable it remotely. This is very inconvenient since I can’t access my account properly.
Could you please help me deactivate the token or reset it on your end so I can continue playing without waiting 5 days?
