Ola,Pessoal Vim Aqui Perguntar Porque A Area Livre Não Da Pra Criar Topico Nem Responder(Aqui Em Casa Não Da)Queria Saber Se Tem Que Criar Em Outra Area Pra Algum Moderador Mover?

A única área onde não se pode criar tópicos é na área Denúncias, as demais áreas estão livres para a criação de tópicos.
